How we work

Engagements follow four stages. You can start at any of them, and each one ends with something you can use whether or not we continue.

  1. Assess

    2 to 4 weeks

Establish facts about the current landscape, its constraints and the business goals it has to serve.

We interview stakeholders, read the code, inspect infrastructure and measure what matters. The output is a shared fact base and a ranked list of problems worth solving.

  2. Architect

    3 to 6 weeks

Design the target platform and a sequence of increments that each deliver value.

We produce a target architecture, decision records and a roadmap where every step is releasable. Your architects co-author it so they own it after we leave.

  3. Integrate and build

    2 to 9 months

Deliver the first increments alongside your teams, with contracts, tests and observability from day one.

Our engineers work inside your delivery teams. We build the integration backbone, paved roads and reference services, and pair with your engineers throughout.

  4. Scale and automate

    Ongoing

Tune performance, retire what is redundant and put agents to work on the new foundation.

With clean integration in place, we load-test for growth, cut run costs and introduce governed AI agents. We then hand over with documentation and a support option.

Principles we hold to

Evidence before opinion

We measure, read the code and trace real transactions before we recommend anything.

Every step ships

Roadmaps are built from increments that deliver value on their own, so progress never depends on a big-bang cut-over.

Your team owns it

We pair, document and co-author decisions so the capability stays when we leave.

Controls are part of the design

Security, data residency and AI governance are requirements from the first diagram, not a review at the end.

Start with a two-week assessment

Tell us about the platform, integration or AI initiative on your desk. We will reply within one working day with how we would approach it.
