Technology assessments
We review architecture, code, infrastructure and delivery practices, then tell you plainly what is sound, what is at risk and what to do first.
When clients call us
- You are about to invest or acquire and need technical due diligence.
- A vendor is proposing a full replacement and you want a second opinion.
- The board wants to know whether the platform will survive the next growth phase.
- A new CTO needs a fact base in their first 90 days.
Our view
An assessment is only useful if it changes a decision. Ours are short, evidence-led and written for two audiences: executives who need a clear recommendation, and engineers who need to see the working.
We are independent of software vendors, so our findings follow the evidence rather than a licence target.
What you get
- Architecture review
- Structural risks, coupling, single points of failure and scaling limits, scored against your business plan.
- Code and delivery audit
- Static analysis, sampling of critical paths, test coverage and how changes reach production.
- Security and compliance check
- Alignment with UAE IA standards, NESA, PDPL and sector rules from the CBUAE or DHA where they apply.
- Recommendation report
- A ranked action list with effort, cost and risk for each item, written for executives and engineers.
What changes
- Investment decisions rest on evidence rather than vendor claims.
- Technical debt is priced, so it can be planned like any other liability.
- Leadership and engineering share one view of where the risk sits.
